era Glass Inc. has been making custom concrete forms for over 20 years. Clients range from Concrete Production Facilities, to Artists, and Contractors looking for that one of a kind form, for an on-site pour. Our ability to produce original shapes from drawings allows us to take projects from concept to reality. We are also pleased to provide mold services for clients who produce their own original shapes.

Custom Tub

• This mold is a split mold, designed to be poured from the bottom.
• This mold is made from fiberglass.
• The original shape was supplied by the customer in concrete.

• This mold was designed to be used as a production mold, and is
  3/4 of an inch thick.

• This cone mold was designed to be used with Buddy Rhodes custom concrete application technique.
• This mold is produced in fiberglass.

Concrete Chair

• The customer supplied the original shape in polystyerene bead foam.
• This mold is also designed to be used as a production mold.
• This mold was produced in fiberglass.

Concrete Sink

• These sink forms are designed to be used to produce custom concrete countertops.

Planter

• This planter mold is produced in fiberglass.

Buddha

• This mold has a polyurethane rubber liner to allow for undercuts.
• The mother mold, or mold jacket is produced from fiberglass.
• The customer supplied the original shape sculpted in polystyrene bead foam.
