Adam Grant Building Lera Glass Inc. created five of these beautifully detailed Urn features. Four were installed on insets ten stories up the building, one is on display in the lobby.
These Urns were made from fiberglass. They were provided with a terracotta finish, and were designed to be installed in sections that fit through windows adjacent to the installation area. This saved money that would’ve been spent on a crane. To accomplish this the urns were made with an internal steel framework. First a steel post with a base plate was installed. Then sections were slid over the top of the post. All welding was performed by a certified welder.
